The Snark Ensemble is currently working on scoring a set of films by Georges Méliès.
The films are:
The The Luny Musician (Le Maestro Do-Mi-Sol-Do, 1906) with a score by Andrew Simpson,
The Black Imp (Le Diable Noir, 1905) with a score by Maurice Saylor, and
The Pillar of Fire (Danse de Feu, 1899) with a score by Phil Carluzzo.
The scores will be premiered March 11th, 2009. More information to follow shortly.
